JACKSON RATHBONE

The blood-sucking vampire from Twilight on wanting more tattoos, causing trouble in boarding school, and dealing with rabid groupies

INKED: Let’s talk tattoos. How many do you have?
JACKSON RATHBONE: I only have one right now, but I definitely plan on getting more. My friends and I were kind of the bad kids in school, the troublemakers. We went to Interlochen Arts Academy, this really great boarding school in Michigan, and there were six of us who were always acting out against authority. The school administration was like, “Stay away from those boys-they’re ‘Lost Boys,’” so that’s what everyone called us. When I was 18, I got a tattoo that says, “I’m lost.”

What kind of shenanigans did you guys get into?

Remember the prohibition era? It was kind of like that.

They’ve also named THIS dress after our girl.

Finally, the perfect little black dress for any occasion. This timeless and classic dress is made out of our popular millennium bengaline, known for its comfort and firming qualities. This fabric looks and feels great on anyone. The length of the dress falls right below the knee, and the bodice is fitted throughout, just the way they wore them in the classic 1950s. Sexy yet classy kickpleat in the side front, very beautiful. The black crepe satin contrast on the v-neckline with lace trim gives it a sexy alluring look. The faux buttons on bust and the flowy ruffle cap sleeves are an added vintage detailing to this great dress. This dress was named after our model Ashley Greene who played Alice Cullen on the movie Twilight. Don’t miss out on this perfect black dress!

Yes, there’s *another* convention!  This one will be in Atlanta from July 10-12.  Since I have enough time to save, I’ll most likely be attending this one, as well.  Other guests so far: Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli, and Billy Burke.

More info.

Thanks to BAE for the heads up!

As I mentioned before, Jackson is going to be in Orlando in two weeks, and I have officially decided to go see him!  I plan on getting his and Kellan’s autographs, but I unfortunately can’t afford to get the professional photograph with Jackson.  I’ll also only be attending Saturday, so I won’t be attending his Q&A session, either.  BUT, I’m looking at the bright side, and at least I get to meet him!

I’m letting you guys know because I’d be more than willing to deliver any messages or anything you want Jackson to have.    Just leave a comment here, or email me, and I’ll print them out and give them to him when I see him.  I’d also like to get an autograph for the site, so if that’s something you guys would like to see, let me know if anyone would be willing to chip in for the $25 it’s going to cost.

I will also be designing an I Felt Hope t-shirt to wear, so that he knows I represent the site.  I’m very excited, and I still may decide to attend on Sunday, as well.  It depends on how much money I make at work in the next week or so.

I hope to see some of you there!

David Slade is officially on board as the director for Eclipse! I’m very excited to see how he’ll bring Jasper’s story with the newborn vampires to life.

Los Angeles, CA April 22, 2009 – Summit Entertainment announced today that David Slade has been hired to direct THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg.
