Adele, are you using firefox? For some reason I have problems saving photos sometimes because it wants to save them as .html or something like that. Usually just saving them as images – in this case .png – works.

Nope I’m Using IE and Its Says its saving in Jpg. But then it comes out as I File.
I Got it to work though I Had to save it then Open the File in IE then save it again and it worked.
